Latvian-produced Holandes (Dutch) cheese sticks with baked vegetables

Ingredients: Holandes (Dutch) cheese – 100 g Sesame seeds – 50 g Flour – 50 g 1 egg Bell pepper (yellow, red) – 70 g Cauliflower – 70 g Green string beans – 40 g Cream butter – 25 g Spices

Preparation:

Cut the Holandes (Dutch) cheese in two sticks, each 50 grams. Mix the egg. Roll the cheese sticks in sesame seeds, then in flour and in egg, two times in each, and bake in heated oil to crispy golden brown crust. Prepare vegetables for cooking. Steam the vegetables at 100 0C for 10 minutes. Melt the butter in a heated pan and bake the steamed vegetables in it, by adding spices to your taste.
