Ingredients: Cottage cheese: 360 g Sugar: 40 g Flour 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar: 1 teasp 50 g of Raspberry jam or fresh raspberries Oil for frying:
Mix homogeneous mass of cottage cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar. From the resulting mass make balls, which fill with the teaspoon of raspberry jam or frozen raspberries. Heat the oil in a saucepan, place cottage cheese balls and bake to golden brown crust. Serve with berries or berry sauce.
