From 1 June until 31 August, restaurant KEY to RIGA in cooperation with the local farmers ZS “Lušēni” will offer a wonderful opportunity to try a tasty main course made of local seasonal products. This time, we will use blackcurrant and new vegetables that go so well with the delicious duck breast.


Duck breast in black current sauce served on fresh spinach salad and red beet and carrot puree stack with new potato crisps and butter-glazed chanterelles (In cooperation with farm Z/S „ Lūšēni” )
